Every pit comes equipped with essential features, including a water fill port, grease ball valve, and probe port, along high-quality Tel-Tru thermometers and an expanded metal lower wood rack. For easy mobility, the pits are mounted on 8” heavy-duty steel casters. Internal baffle plate that just may be the solution to even temps.  These pits are perfect for both beginners and seasoned smokers looking for a compact option without sacrificing the features of larger models.
